Magna Rún will lead a workshop in flower pounding. Magna Rún is a fashion and textile designer who has specialized in natural dyes. This is also the last day of Sigmundur Páll Freysteinsson´s exhibition, Natural dyes: a modern perspective.
Tickets to the museum apply and material for the workshop is included.
Admission to the museum is free of charge for under 18 years old.

Money workshop for the whole family with Rán Flygenring, an illustrator, and Stefán Pálsson, a historian. Speculation about the settlers' currency and contemporary banknotes is the subject of the workshop, which is part of the project Við langeldinn / Við eldhúsborðið, which is funded by the Children's Cultural Fund. Finally, speculations and a chat at the exhibition Kristín Þorkelsdóttir, the banknotes of the future will be drawn in Smiðjan, the educational space of the Design Museum. The workshop is free.
