Has your teddy grown tired of lying around all day? Maybe he wants to get a better look at what you’re up to? Would it maybe be an idea to make him a chair? At our Teddy Bear Chair workshop you create your own chair, from idea to reality. The chairs are inspired by Enso Mari who believed everyone was able to make their own chairs.

The workshop is led by designer Friðrik Steinn Friðriksson. Friðrik graduated with a BA in product design at the Iceland Academy of the Arts in 2011. He acquired his MFA degree in experiential design from Konstfack in Stockholm in 2013. He has ever since worked on various design projects and is currently teaching design and carpentry at Landakotsskóli elementary school.
